This term our Topic is called 'Face Time'. The children will be learning about hygiene, starting with blowing the nose and moving through, cleaning hands, brushing teeth, and the importance of looking after our bodies. In week 5, we will have the 'Life Education Caravan' visiting to go through the importance of keeping our bodies in top shape and will touch on how the liver cleans our blood.
Over the next couple of weeks, look out for pictures of the children's eyes, ears and mouths. Your job will be to see if you can recognise your own child's facial features.
In week three we will be filming for our production, so we will be spending the first 2 weeks finalising costumes and practising our sea creature dance.
Mrs Makani and I are looking forward to an exciting new term of growth and development.
